As a highly regarded and recognized expert, Dan Dianda began working in real estate in 1976 and now has a proven record of 33 years of great success in the industry. Dan’s best year to date average has been closing at least one home per a week. This success may be attributed to his vast knowledge and experience in both mortgage lending and new home construction. Having had his own mortgage brokerage, he knows how to individually cater to the needs of each client’s unique and sometimes challenging financing situations. In the 1990′s he began a development firm specializing in residential homes, and he set out building all across the Bay Area. His expertise expanded to include home design, development, permit processing, and land subdivision. He holds fast to the belief that, “if you are going to sell it, you must know how it was designed and how to build it form start to finish, yourself.” Now, Dan has within the past year expanded Acquire Properties to include Acquire Home Loans and has, also, become the Vice-President of Superior Home Loans, a private lending company.
